Spooky Pizza Toast
Makes 4 servings
8 slices of Schar Artisan Baker White or Multigrain Bread
Sliced Black Olives
Gluten-free Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese sliced into strips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Lightly grease a cookie sheet and lay out 8 slices of bread on the pan
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each piece of bread
Layer cheese strips in an askew manner like the photo above
Place olives where eyes should go
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
Serve immediately
